The Board of Stewards at Wayman AME, Frederick, are spiritual lay leaders. Each Steward is appointed by the Pastor and confirmed at the Quarterly Conference.  Each Steward has a Spiritual, Financial, Advisory and Functionary duty to his or her Church.   Stewards should accurately register all conversions, baptisms, marriages, births and deaths.   Servanthood and accountability are essential attributes for each Steward.

 

Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.
